Who must have the measurement management system (sgm)?
The Measurement Management System must be implemented by the oil, petroleum and petrochemical Permit Holders who have obtained or request a permit from:
- Sales to the public
- Storage
- Distribution
- Transportation through pipelines
What makes up the measurement management system (SGM)?

Do you have to comply with a certificate for the gsm?
The permit holder is exempted from delivering to the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) the annual compliance certificate, established in section 2 section 6.7 of DACGs RES / 2015.
